Job Description
Façade Manager
* Tier 1 Main Contractor
* Student Accommodation Scheme
* Freelance: May 2025 – October 2025
* Rate: Up to £300 per day CIS
We are currently searching for a Façade Manager to join on the UK’s most successful main contractors on one of their prestigious schemes in Stoke. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the brickwork and cladding packages on 7 midrise blocks.
The role:
* Develop and oversee detailed schedules for façade installation, aligning with project timelines.
* Ensure façade works meet industry standards, specifications, and project requirements.
* Enforce safety standards and conduct risk assessments specific to façade activities.
* Provide guidance on façade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
* Subcontractor Coordination: Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of façade works.
* Progress Monitoring: Track and report façade work progress, addressing delays or risks proactively.
Required:
* Proven experience working as a Site Manager on large façade packages.
* Strong communication skills
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential.
