About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Fabric Manager with a City & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery Certification to lead and manage fabric maintenance across a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will oversee high-quality craftsmanship, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with teams to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage fabric maintenance and carpentry/joinery works on-site.
* Ensure all tasks are completed to high-quality and safety standards.
* Plan and oversee day-to-day operations and resource allocation.
* Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Conduct inspections and provide reports on maintenance activities.
Requirements:
* City & Guilds Certification in Carpentry & Joinery.
* Proven experience in fabric management or a similar role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
