Fabric Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Pembrokeshire, onsite
HOURS: Full time 37.5hrs

Salary range: £51,017 - £85,036 depending on qualifications and experience
Our client Our client, based in the picturesque coastal region of Pembrokeshire and operating within the Oil & Gas sector, is currently looking for Maintenance Planners to join their Maintenance team.
Job Description/ The role: The Fabric Maintenance Supervisor oversees the safe, cost-effective, and efficient execution of fabric maintenance activities, including insulation, painting, coatings, and civil works at the terminal. You will also be responsible for managing the site’s contracted access requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops, manages and conducts a high-quality Fabric Maintenance program which includes verification and quality assurance.
Creates permits needed for the Fabric Maintenance work per company permit system and work processes.
Monitors and tracks the execution plan for the Fabric Maintenance activities, proactively addressing deviations from plan and appropriately escalating issues promptly for procurement or management support.
Accountable to lead the painting and coating maintenance activities via contracted resources, keeps a record thereof and expedites site progress to ensure that site works are carried out as per set priorities at, or below, cost targets and within committed schedules
Prepares and reviews Permit to Work (PTW) packs and liaise with Maintenance Scheduler and PTW Office to ensure permits are issued to workers on time and that all relevant risks have been reviewed and mitigated
Initiates direct key meetings with external service providers, vendors to resolve critical issues.
Prepares periodical progress reports on the fabric maintenance KPI's and regular progress reports to management to facilitate decision making.
What we need from you ideally:
Certification in Civil background discipline
Certification in inspection and application of protective coatings
Project management experience
Field leadership experience in heavy industries maintenance (and/or operations)
Ability to lead and effectively influence differing contracted groups to deliver results
Experience in different maintenance disciplines (multi-skilled)
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team, along with excellent organisational and time management abilities
Experience of using CMMS, preferably SAP
