Job Description
Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Extrusion Setters in Birmingham. The purpose behind this role is to set and run extrusions machines for PVC profiles, monitor, and maintain the production process, to ensure finished product meets all relevant specifications and ensure all production activities are monitored to minimise downtime and scrap levels.
Extrusion Setter responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining a robust housekeeping approach.
Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety standards and ensuring procedures are always followed.
Ensuring adherence to company quality systems.
Monitoring and maintaining process to ensure finished product meets all relevant specifications.
Communicating performance inefficiencies, Health and Safety or quality issues to the Extrusions Supervisor.
Details:
Hours: 06:00 AM - 18:00 PM OR 18:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Pay: £12.50 - £14.50 PH
Location: Birmingham
Extrusion Setter requirements:
Experience of working within an Extrusions production environment
Experience of working within a fast-paced production environment
Ability to work under pressure.
