Extrusion Operator
Location: Southampton
Salary: £14-15 per hour
Shift: 39 hours per week + 5 hours mandatory overtime at 1.3x

Extrusion Operator Responsibilities:
As an Extrusion Setter/Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up and operating extrusion lines
Changing and setting heads, dies, and pins
Cleaning barrels and screws
Monitoring and maintaining product quality
Operating forklifts and other machinery
Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace
Supporting other team members as needed
Extrusion Operator Requirements:
Previous experience in extrusion or a similar manufacturing role
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work overtime and shifts as required
Forklift license (training can be provided)
