Responsibilities:
Join the recruitment efforts to attract top technical talent across various domains within the technology industry
Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to build high-performing teams.
Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Team Leadership and Development:
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
Encourage teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals and drive organizational success.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, with a focus on roles within the technology industry
Strong team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and colleagues.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Ambitious and driven mindset, with a desire to take on new challenges and contribute to organizational growth.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.
