Job Description
Billfields of London is a family run catering butcher that has been supplying some of London's finest food establishments for over 30 years. Our fully licensed factory is based just off the Caledonian Road London N7.
We are currently expanding our business and are looking for people to join our business on a full time basis.
The ideal candidate will:-
Have experience in boning beef, lamb, pork and poultry.
Have experience taking this to a furthur level, presenting cuts rolled, skinned, diced etc.
Be reliable and ready to work during the night.
Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to our levels of food safety..
Have a good understanding of the English language.
Will be able to fit into our family environment and butchery team.
Starting hourly rate between £15 and £18 per hour. (£45k to £55k per annum)
You can choose to work between 45 and 60 hours per week. You choose how much you would like to earn
