Executive HR Administrator
Role summary:
The Executive & HR Administrator is responsible for providing a full range of secretarial, administrative, HR and project related support to the Managing Director and the Senior Leadership Team, as a means of supporting the smooth management. The role will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. This role will also cross over with the HR function of the business, supporting training and development administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake general administrative tasks as part of the executive team
Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior leadership team meetings and all staff meetings.
Taking and typing up notes and action points from a range of working groups and forums.
Facilitate travel arrangements, including flights, trains, hotels, restaurants and taxis.
Log and issue Promotional Support requests along with any follow up correspondence.
Log and issue Rebate Agreements and follow up on any outstanding documents including reminders for expired agreements
Facilitate with event management and planning where required HR & Training Support
Assist the HR Manager with confidential issues, as required along with administration for the SLT which may also include matters of a confidential nature.
Not to exceed budgets beyond the level set in agreement with the Managing Director.
Strong organisational skills
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build
relationships.
Strong level of written and verbal communication skill
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be Ex extremely effective independently.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Demonstrate ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fast[1]paced environment
Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30 till 5.00 – Friday 8.00 till 4.30
Hybrid working
Salary: £26k to £28k
