Executive Assistant | Investment Banking | £240/day Inside IR35 | Contract | Docklands | HYBRID 3 office days per week - 2 days working from home | Short term contract January - May 2025 We currently have a 5 month contract for an Executive Assistant supporting a team within a Tier 1 Investment Banking Client. This role would suit a confident Executive Assistant with experience of supporting senior level personnel within financial services or a corporate environment. Your skills and experiences will include: Previous relevant experience within the financial services industry or a corporate environment Proven experience supporting senior level personnel Excellent knowledge of MS Skills - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Ability to multi task effectively and efficiently A proactive, confident and 'can do' attitude. Excellent organisational and communication skills Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: City of London Contract Type: 5 Months Hours: Hybrid 3 days in the office / 2 days work from home Rate: £240/per day Inside IR35.
