Salary: £65k - £75k + package (maybe more depending on experience)
Sector: Private Client, High End Residential
We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Surrey that specializes in delivering of bespoke, high end residential builds across Surrey & Sussex.
Due to a member of staff retiring after 10+ years service our clients are looking for a Senior Surveyor/Estimator to oversee all Surveying and Estimating responsibilities on refurbishment and listed refurbishment projects ranging from £100k - £2million in value.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all Surveying & Estimating responsibilities
*
Managing BOQ's, Monthly Costs Reports, Site Variations etc.
*
Overseeing the Estimating process from cradle to grave on projects from £100k - £2m in value.
Requirements:
*
Quantity Surveying biased degree
*
At least 5 years experience working as a Surveyor or Estimator or a main contractor.
