The role of the Estimator – Aluminium Glazing & Facades Systems will involve:
* Estimator position producing estimates for a high end range of manufacturers aluminium and steel entrance doors, windows, glazing systems, facades, sliding doors, bi fold doors, balconies and conservatories
* Analyse project specifications, interpret architectural and engineering drawings, and determine accurate product selection in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements
* Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
* Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
* Attending meetings alongside the sales team with clients where required
* Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Aluminium Glazing & Facades Systems experience with:
* Must have estimating experience within the aluminium systems market sector market sector
* Experienced user of SchuCal / LogiKal or similar estimating software
* Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
* Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills
* Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
