The role of Estimating Manager – Fit Out & FF&E will involve:
* Estimating Manager position dealing with a the installation of a high end range of furniture, fixtures and equipment
* Responsible for the Estimating Department, ensuring that estimates are produced with accuracy and to the highest standard whilst policies and procedures are adhered to
* Review and sign off tenders with values up to £5m
* Liaising with clients to gain an understanding of project scope and requirements
* Liaising with other internal departments to ensure smooth running of projects
* Negotiating with suppliers for payment terms and competitive rates
* Attend pre-contract meetings as and when required
* Fully brief and handover successfully won projects to the Design and Contracts departments
The ideal applicant will be an Estimating Manager – Fit Out & FF&E with
* Must have Estimating experience within the furniture installation market sector
* Must have some people management skills
* Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Full UK driving license
