Job Description
We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Project Manager to work for an organisation based in Liverpool. The contract will be for 3 - 6 months, but with a likely extension or opportunity for Permanent employment
Position: Estates Project Manager
Location: Liverpool
Pay rate: Between £30 and £34 per hour (through Umbrella/CIS company)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee several Estates Projects across an active site
Liaise with senior management to relay information regarding budgets and timescales
Manage contractors to ensure work is being done to strict Health & Safety standards
Communicate with estates, design and construction teams
Additionally, the successful candidate will undergo a DBS checkBefore You Apply
