FULL-TIME ESTATE CARETAKERS NEEDED LONDON - many locations available! MONDAY TO FRIDAY, ONGOING TEMPORARY ROLE! 8AM TO 4PM SHIFT TIME! £15 PER HOUR PAY RATE! PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE DONE THE BELOW ROLE PREVIOUSLY. INVOLVES A LOT OF EXTERNAL CLEANING AND MANUAL TASKS. Your new company You will be working with a well-known university in West London on their Ealing campus, as an integral part of the Estates team. Your new role You will be assigned to work within a university environment on a full-time basis. You will be in charge of the cleanliness and safety of the site, as well as help other members of staff to ensure the estate is in good condition maintenance-wise. You will have to carry out duties such as cleaning of lifts/stairwells/communal areas/bin areas, assessing the estate and reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety issues to managers. You may also be a keyholder of the site in some instances. What you'll need to succeed You will have ideally worked in a Caretaker/Cleaning Operative role in the past with knowledge of daily tasks and responsibilities. You will also need a full, clear driving licence. What you'll get in return Training is provided on site, as well as the opportunity to potentially go permanently after a few months.
