Environmental Officer
Based in North County Dublin / Meath area, with some regional travel
Exclusive Partnership with this Leading Manufacturing business.
Salary circa €50k - €55k plus bonus, vehicle and extensive benefits package
Delighted to partner with a leading Manufacturing business, who are currently seeking to add an experienced Environmental Officer to the planning and Environmental team, to manage, collate and report an extensive environmental monitoring portfolio to ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Environmental Monitoring Contractors
- Environmental Impact Assessment Report
- Natura Impact Statements
- Waste Permits and Licenses
- Air Emissions Licenses
- Effluent Discharge Licenses
- Environmental Auditing
- Extractive Waste Management Plans
- Annual Environmental Returns
- PRTR submissions
- Base line monitoring
- Planning Applications for extractive and associated developments
Qualifications / Skills Required:
- Third level degree qualification in Environmental Science, Engineering or related subject
- Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in a similar role
- Detailed knowledge of Irish and European Environmental Legislation is essential
- Excel, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD preferable
