Your new school

Your new role
Starting ASAP, you will work as a part of a successful department made up of specialist teachers and will be responsible for:
Teaching KS3 and KS4 English.
Full planning, preparation and assessment duties.
Actively taking part in departmental meetings.
Pastoral duties including parents' evenings.
What you'll need to succeed
You must hold QTS - TEFL or ESOL teachers are not suitable unless also possessing PGCE in English.
You will be a qualified teacher, and you will have previous experience of teaching within a secondary school or college.
Hold a valid PGCE.
Hold a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
A commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing of pupils.
Up to date EWC registration.
