Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students n KEY State 3 & 4, helping them develop their language skills, and fostering a love for literature and writing.
Duties:
- Plan and deliver effective English language lessons to students of various levels
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with educational standards
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods and resources
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Encourage student participation and facilitate class discussions
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational materials and share best practices
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in English language teaching
Qualifications:
- Proven experience teaching English to students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, literature, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
