Engineering Team Leader
Knutsford
Monday to Friday Days(07:00-16:00)
£45,000
We are looking for a motivated engineering team leader to oversee all aspects of company health and safety. You will be responsible for overseeing the production and hygiene processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to food safety standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines. Effective communication, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of engineering principles are crucial for this position.
Role Description
Produce Risk Assessments
Oversee a Team of Engineers
Conduct Inspections to Ensure Compliance
Troubleshoot Equipment Issues
Coordinate Repairs with Engineers
Skills and Qualifications
IOSH/ Nebosh Required
2+ Years in Food Manufacturing
HACCP
Mechanical and Electrical Time Served
Leadership Experience
