Engineering Team Leader - Norfolk - £62,000 + Benefits
Permanent Night Shift (Sunday to Thursday)
We're working with a well-established food manufacturer in Norfolk who are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to take charge of their permanent night shift operation. This is a great opportunity to join a secure business with real investment in its people, processes, and equipment.
Commutable from: King's Lynn, Wisbech, Downham Market, Thetford, Swaffham, Fakenham, Spalding, Ely, and surrounding areas.
What's on offer:
£62,000 salary
Permanent night shift: Sunday to Thursday

The Role:
Leading a team of multi-skilled engineers during night operations
Overseeing PPMs, breakdowns, and improvement activities
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site standards
Supporting hands-on maintenance while driving performance and reliability
Working closely with production and other teams to maintain efficiency
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in engineering leadership (Team Leader/Supervisor level or above)
Electrically biased or multi-skilled background
Previous experience in food/FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environments
Strong communicator, confident decision-maker, and team motivator
