BRIEF OVERVIEW

Recruit 12 has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager to lead key projects with an industry-leading high-end manufacturer, operating across various industries involved in advanced engineering projects.
The role involves planning, coordination, and ensuring project deliverables align with scope, budget, and timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and communicate project plans with internal teams and clients to meet expectations.
- Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely solutions are implemented and communicated effectively.
- Organise and chair project meetings, both internally and with external stakeholders, to maintain alignment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity and traceability.
- Drive quality standards and continuous improvement across project management processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor supply chain performance and resolve any challenges affecting project timelines or budgets.
- Support junior team members by assigning tasks and providing guidance based on their skills and experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or similar).
- Proven project management experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills, including planning and prioritizing resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
DESIRABLE (NOT ESSENTIAL)
- Experience in power electronics or related manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with quality standards like ISO9001 or IATF16949.
- Knowledge of advanced problem-solving techniques (e.g., FMEA, 8D).
- Understanding of engineering drawings and schematics.
