Engineering Manager Location: London (In-House) Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re searching for a strong leader with a technical background and a passion for innovation to join our team in London. This is an in-house role, offering a fantastic opportunity to drive projects, lead a talented team, and shape the future of our engineering operations. What You’ll Do * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. * Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and implement best practices. * Maintain and improve engineering standards, ensuring compliance with regulations. * Drive innovation and efficiency, identifying areas for technical improvement. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or a Senior Engineer with leadership experience. Strong technical background. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
