Your Impact
Design & Delivery: Oversee the creation of robust, scalable solutions that meet business and customer needs.
Team Leadership: Build and maintain a positive team culture, mentor team members, and guide their professional development.
Proactive Problem Solving: Own and support components, anticipating and addressing technical challenges before they arise.
Collaboration: Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and project management teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

What We Are Looking For
Proven experience leading, mentoring, and motivating engineering teams in a collaborative environment.
Strong technical background with expertise in system design, architecture, and high-level coding (preferably in C# or similar).
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
A knack for managing competing priorities, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
