Design Engineering:
Working closely with the design engineer.Maintenance Management:
Overseeing the maintenance team.
Scheduling planned and preventative maintenance.Production Engineering:
Driving continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and design for manufacture.What you will need to apply for the engineering manager position:
Experience as a process engineer, production engineer, manufacturing engineer or similar and the desire to move into an engineering manager position.
An understanding of CAD does not have to be recent hands-on experience.
Good organisational and planning skills.
Experience in assembly, machining or fabrication environments.Your remuneration package:
A salary of up to £45,000, pension, 25 days of holiday plus the bank holidays
Hours of work
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm.
