About the Engineering Manager Role: We are excited to announce we recruiting for an Engineering Manager and Shift Managers for a world-leading materials automation provider. This is a highly autonomous role where you will be working with minimal supervision. You will be part of multi-skilled engineering team, and you will be completing mechanician and electrical preventive and corrective maintenance on time and to the highest standard in line with customer expectations and KPI’s.
Requirements: The ideal Engineering Manager will have demonstrable experience in:
* Conveyors, sorters, cranes, robotics or similar
* PLC / Control Systems
* CMMS, WCS/WMS or SCADA
* You will ideally have an Engineering Degree or HND in Electrical / Electronic OR Mechanical Engineering L8+ or equivalent or Apprenticed trained. Relevant sector skills are desirable
* Team Skills for team building, motivation and coaching
This role would be suitable for a Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Multi-skilled Engineer, Automation Engineer, Maintenance Team Leader, Senior Engineer, Resident Maintenance Engineer, Service Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Engineering Manager, Engineering Shift Manager, Shift Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Field Service Engineer.
