Unique Mobility Ltd. is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated Vehicle Adaptations Installer to join our growing team in Exeter. If you have a passion for making a difference in people’s lives and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you!
As a key member of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in the installation of a variety of vehicle adaptations, including hand controls, left foot accelerators, swivel seats, wheelchair hoists, and more. Your work will directly impact the mobility and independence of our customers, making each installation a rewarding experience.
Your Role:
* Install a wide range of vehicle adaptations with precision and attention to detail, including driving aids, seat systems, hoists, and accessibility features.
* Liaise with branch sales teams to ensure all customer requirements are met.
* Take ownership of your work, ensuring all processes and paperwork are completed accurately.
* Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a friendly, caring approach.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the business to provide smooth, efficient services.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in an automotive or mechanical engineering environment (preferred but not essential).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with IT software, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence.
* A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.

* Competitive Salary: £27,000.00 - £34,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
