We’re looking for an Employee Relations Manager, on a direct engagement, to lead and inspire the Employee Relations (ER) team, working alongside the Head of ER to ensure high-quality support, resolve complex issues, and promote a positive workplace culture. This role will empower you to make a tangible impact on how the Trust manages and resolves employee relations matters with professionalism, compassion, and respect.
