About the Emergency Call Handler Role Due to new business growth, our client is looking for individuals to join their dedicated team, handling emergency and non-emergency alarm calls in a 24/7/365 monitoring centre. You’ll provide essential, life-saving support to a diverse and vulnerable customer base. Your response will profoundly impact customers, even if not every call is an emergency. Key Responsibilities for Emergency Call Handler * Assess and manage emergency situations, contacting relevant services. * Record call details accurately in systems. * Guide customers through alarm installation and troubleshooting. * Monitor and respond to automatic alarm signals. Skills and Experience * Calm, caring, and professional with strong multitasking abilities. * Comfortable in high contact volume environments. * Experience in customer service, care, or call centres. * Proficient with Microsoft Packages and adaptable to new technology.
