Position: Embedded Software Engineer
Salary: up to £55,000
Office Location: Mansfield + Hybrid Working from Home
The Role: Our client is growing their engineering function in the Mansfield area and are now looking to add talented embedded software engineers to the team. They offer hybrid working from home and the chance to contribute to the full development life cycle on a range of new projects. If you are an embedded software engineer with a relevant degree qualification and 2+ years industry experience this could be the role for you.
The successful embedded software engineer will be joining an established team of engineers from both software and hardware backgrounds and have the chance to contribute to multiple projects and enjoy a role full of variety and the chance to develop complex software solutions. The products you will be developing are used across the UK and Europe and help improve peoples lives on a daily basis.
Your main function will be the design, implementation and optimising of embedded software solutions and your core skill set will ideally include:
Skills and Experience Required:
Embedded C
Bare metal Development
STM32, ARM or Microchip PIC
RS232, RS485, SPI, I2C, CAN
Full software life cycle experienceDesirable Experience:
C++ programming
Linux or embedded Linux development
