Job Description
Email Marketing Specialist- Staines/Hybrid- 12 Months- £220-£265 PAYE
A global company are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage effective segmentation, cadence, test methodologies, and tactics for email campaigns.
Ensure adherence to email best practices to drive customer action and engagement and compliance with industry standards as well as privacy policies.
Manage campaign timelines, email calendar, approvals, and internal business reviews for email campaign rollouts.
Understand marketing automation systems (like Marketo), integrations, and lead flow to ensure seamless campaign execution and lead management.
Onboard and train new stakeholders.
Maintain email-related documentation.
Guide stakeholders through each step of the email campaign process.
Integrate email campaigns with other channels like social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Analyze and present insights of campaign performance to business stakeholders.
Conduct regular A/B testing to enhance campaign performance and engagement.
Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within email and nurture strategies.Skills:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on segmentation, campaign management, and email strategy.
Strong background in email marketing and customer lifecycle.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a complex international organization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with Marketo is strongly preferred.
AEP and AJO knowledge is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently.Education:
