Key Responsibilities:
* Repair of motors, pumps, gearboxes, fans and other rotating equipment
* Rewinding AC & DC motors/armatures
* Reporting and logging of work done into our job control system
* Identifying route cause analysis
* To assist with training and development of engineering apprentices
Salary and benefits:
* Salary is negotiable depending on experience and knowledge

Ideal Candidate:
* Recognised apprenticeship in electro-mechanical engineering
* 10 - 15 years plus experience in the motor / pump repair industry
* Knowledge of limits & fits
* Ability to mentor others
* Computer literate
* Full UK driving licence
* Well organised and able to work on own aptitude
* Sound engineering knowledge and a positive attitude
