Electrician - Domestic Mobile
Central Belt
£37,332 Per Annum + Overtime and On call Bonus
Van Included
We are currently recruiting for an Electrician to work within a Social Housing contract covering properties across the Central Belt.
Working on planned maintenance the work will consist of void housing upgrades and occupied housing testing and inspection.
There is a regional on call rota for breakdowns outside of working hours which is usually between one and 6-8 weeks.
A van is provided for this role as well as a job PDA system. The ideal candidate will have a full clean licence and competent in logging work through online systems.
What we are looking for:
NVQ/SVQ/ C&G Lvl 3 Electrical Qualification
18th Edition
Full Drivers Licence
Basic knowledge of building fabric repairs
