As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing an electrical team, ensuring the smooth operation and execution of electrical works on various projects in London. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, to a high standard, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the electrical team on-site
* Monitor progress, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Liaise with the Project Manager to report on progress and potential issues
* Maintain quality control and ensure work is completed on time
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site
* Ensure all necessary documentation, reports, and permits are in place
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably within commercial and residential projects
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation processes
* Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
* Good knowledge of relevant electrical regulations and safety standards
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience reporting into a Project Manager
