Job Description

Position: Electrical Project Supervisor / Qualified Supervisor (QS) Location: Walthamstow, East London Package: 50-55k Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Project Supervisor/Qualified Supervisor (QS) to join our team. This role involves managing small projects, supervising electricians, and ensuring projects meet specifications, timeframes, and client expectations. All within Social Housing/Property Maintenance industry. Day-to-Day Duties: Lead and manage small projects, surveys, and a team of electricians. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring successful completion of works within deadlines. Document progress using company software and report to the manager. Programme and manage all works, including variations, delays, and resources. Supervise materials and deliveries, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Motivate and manage staff, supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors. Prepare and deliver RAMS, toolbox talks, and other documentation as per company procedures. Verify certifications for projects, ensuring timely and accurate records. Act as QS for the electrical division and participate in NICEIC annual assessments. Build and maintain strong client and colleague relationships, demonstrating sound judgement, problem-solving, and commitment to high-quality results.Minimum Requirements (Skills & Qualifications): 18th Edition City & Guilds. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. Inspection and Testing (2391 or equivalent). Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance. Experience in fault finding, testing, and inspecting others' work. Previous QS experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of technology. Valid driver's license.Package Available: Permanent, full-time (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM). Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (initial 3-month review). Annual salary review. Company vehicle and fuel card or car allowance. 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) with an additional day per year of service (capped at 5 extra days).
