Electrical Project Manager
Location: Wadebridge, Cornwall (Occasional travel to sites when required)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Job Profile:
The Electrical Project Manager / Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and executing electrical projects across renewable energy sites. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and flexibility to travel nationwide.
Responsibilities / Duties:
* Lead and manage high and low voltage electrical installation projects
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance when required
* Oversee HV and LV electrical design, plant specification, and liaise with subcontracted designers
* Identify, record, and respond to faults with a proactive, problem-solving approach
* Analyse site performance data and implement improvements
* Complete technical designs, reports, and documentation
* Monitor asset-managed renewable energy sites on a rota basis, including weekend cover
Requirements / Skills:
* City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent (Inspection & Testing)
* Level 3 Technical and Vocational Qualification or Level 3 Diploma
* BS7671 18th Edition certification
* High voltage experience
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the renewables industry
* Strong attention to detail with a methodical and process-driven approach
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* IT literate with the ability to use monitoring software
* Full UK driving licence
* Flexibility to travel across the South West and Midlands when required
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in Solar PV and onshore wind installation and maintenance
* CAD experience
* Experience in communications setup and configuration
* HV Authorised Person / Switching Course
* BS7671 18th Edition Amendment 2 certification
