Job Description
My client are a dynamic and growing electrical contracting company based in Shoreditch, Central London, specializing in high-quality electrical installations for commercial office fit-outs. They work with a diverse range of clients on both CAT A and CAT B projects, providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of the modern workplace. Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing or delivering electrical installations for CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs in London, with a proven track record of successful project delivery from start to finish. As part of a close-knit team, you will be instrumental in ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and oversee electrical installations for office fit-out projects, including both CAT A and CAT B works. Manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion and compliance with project specifications.

Client Liaison: Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to understand their needs and provide effective electrical solutions that meet project requirements.
*
Team Management: Supervise and coordinate electrical teams on-site, ensuring safe working practices and high standards of workmanship.
*
Budget & Cost Control: Maintain control over project budgets, including procurement, sub-contractor management, and cost tracking, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.

Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices on all sites. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
*
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all electrical installations meet industry standards and client expectations, carrying out regular quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in managing electrical projects for office fit-outs (CAT A & B).
*
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations, with a focus on commercial office environments.
*
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
*
Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high performance and safety standards.
*
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
*
A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.

A valid electrical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, 18th Edition, or equivalent) is highly desirableBefore You Apply
