Job Description

Electrical Panel Wirer / Machine Wire Person Type: Permanent, immediate start available Salary: £32,448 PA DOE, Overtime at 1.5 times the hourly rate. (£16.00 p/hr & Overtime at £24.00 p/hr) Location: Cambourne - St. Neots area (own transport recommended due to location) Working Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, start at 07.30 AM with a mid-day finish on Fridays Free on-site car parking Long established Special Purpose Machinery Manufacturer requires an Electrical Panel Wirer / Machine Wire Person with significant Electro/Mechanical fitting experience. Duties will include: Electrical assembly of Special Purpose Machinery and their associated sub assemblies to an acceptable standard as required. Electrical Panel Wiring. Machine Wiring. The successful candidate must be able to work from engineering drawings and have had previous Panel Wiring experience in a production environment. Preferred Qualifications/Experience: Practical electrical wiring experience on processing machinery. Extensive experience in panel building/wiring. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
