Electrical Maintenance Technician
Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000
Industry: Electrical / Industrial
An opportunity has opened for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing company based in Shrewsbury. The ideal candidate will have an Electrical background with some Mechanical knowledge and have excellent experience in installation, servicing, maintenance and repairs of Electrical and Mechanical equipment.
What they’re looking for:
* Experience working as a Maintenance Technician / Service Engineer or similar
* Excellent installation, servicing, maintenance and repairs experience
* Electrical industry knowledge – Mechanical desirable
* Strong troubleshooting and repairs experience
* Excellent customer support experience
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
* Installing new electrical and mechanical systems at customer sites
* Providing maintenance on installed systems and inspecting
* Servicing and providing emergency breakdown support
* Fault find and upgrading of machinery
* Documenting any changes and repairs made
* Customer support if there are any problems to installed machinery and systems
