Salter Grange is collaborating with a top-tier Main Contractor renowned for its global operations and expertise in constructing critical infrastructure within the Data Centre sector. Due to recent project acquisitions, they are seeking an experienced and ambitious Electrical Lead to join their team on a new Data Centre project in Frankfurt.

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:
Management of all day-to-day site operations
Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minutes meetings with subcontractors.
Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings
Assistance with the close out of all project items including Final Account, O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, Material and Plant re-locations, Project Plan – all with the support of the site project manager
Ensure your team contributes to the internal weekly progress report rolled up from project supervisors report.
Record weekly safety stats & project labour projections.
Ensure that there are weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs issued to the client.
Develop and implement company procedures with the package managers
Electrical Project Manager Requirements:
A trade background and 5 - 10 years previous experience managing large installation projects and sub-contractors.
Proven record of supervising and managing large installation projects
Experienced in design and build
Excellent technical knowledge of Electrical systems
