Job Description
Our Client
Senior Electrical Estimator required for our client, they area a specialist mechanical and electrical contractor who are based in the Macclesfield area. They have successfully been in business for over 60 years and currently employ over 60 members of staff.
Senior Electrical Estimator Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate costs for electrical projects
- Work closely with projects management and design team to ensure comprehensive cost estimation
- Prepare details bids for projects team and clients for review
- Project value between £100k - £750k
- Completion of site surveys for potential electrical projects
- Oversee and facilitate the training of more junior estimators
Senior Electrical Estimator Requirements:
- Previous experience in estimating for electrical projects up to the value of £750k
- Hold industry recognised qualifications such as CSCS, NVQ, Advanced Diploma or BEng
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and standards.
- Knowledge and experience with various estimation software
- Reside within a commutable distance of Macclesfield
Senior Electrical Estimator Remuneration:
- Salary £60,000 - £70,000
- 22 days holiday + BH
