T&K Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Tester to join our Client on a permanent basis in Shepshed.
Due to expansion of the business, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a small friendly team that have some fantastic growth plans.

Electrical Tester Job Details;
• £31,200 per annum
• Paid overtime available
• 40-hour working week - Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:45pm and Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm
• Annual bonus scheme

Electrical Tester Role & Responsibilities include;
• Conduct electrical testing on motors to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in motor performance
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to implement improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation of test results and procedures
• Adhere to quality and safety standards in all testing activities
• Production line testing and reporting
• Flexible and Adaptable to cover many different test types
• Any other duties as required
Electrical Tester Person Specification;
• Proven experience in electrical testing and troubleshooting, preferably in motors or similar systems (not essential but preferred)
• Understanding of motor technology and control systems (not essential but preferred)
• Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• 3 Phase Testing Experience
• Strong PC Skills & PC literate
