The Company & Role:
A leading European company specializing in engineering and construction solutions, delivering innovative projects for global corporations across different sectors is currently looking for an Electrical Construction Manager.
As an Electrical Construction Manager, you will oversee site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the project's lifecycle. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate subcontractors, and drive the successful completion of electrical packages on major construction projects.

Responsibilities & Duties
* Oversee site safety in collaboration with the project team and Safety Advisor, including the setup, management, and closeout of safety files.
* Manage QA processes with the QA Manager, ensuring setup, tracking, and closeout of all QA documentation.
* Develop and oversee the project schedule in coordination with the project team and Project Manager.
* Track and manage all project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, variations, and valuations.
* Supervise all daily site activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
* Oversee subcontractor performance, track progress, manage staffing levels, and conduct weekly progress meetings.
* Direct the Engineering project team and ensure alignment across disciplines to achieve project objectives.
* Compile and review weekly progress reports, highlighting risks, delays, and key metrics for stakeholders.
* Ensure the successful closeout of all project deliverables, including final accounts, O&M manuals, snag lists, and relocation of materials and equipment.
* Manage change control processes, maintain up-to-date subcontractor and safety documentation, and ensure proper implementation of company procedures.
What You'll Need
* Engineering degree or recognized trade qualification.
* 10+ years of experience managing large construction projects as a General Contractor.
* Comprehensive knowledge of electrical packages.
* Flexibility in working patterns where necessary.
* Ability to efficiently manage a team by setting expectations, delegation, and review.
* Strong communication & computer skills,
* Ability to work on own initiative and possess strong interpersonal and communications skills.
