Job Description

Electrical Compliance Manager - NICEIC Milton Keynes Perm £50,000 - £55,000 per annum The Company: Our client is a multi-disciplinary contractor working across the UK with clientele in the Private Sector, Corporate, Main Contractors. Projects fit out and refurbishment make up approximately 50% of company revenue with the remainder generated from FM & Small works and stand-alone Electrical and Mechanical works. Electrical Compliance Manager Responsibilities: The main role for the Electrical Compliance Manager lies with the quality and compliance of the day-to-day work of the business * Carrying out site visits & completing a supervision record on each operative each month. * To make sure all tools & Testing equipment is in good working order. * Making sure all testing equipment is Calibrated every year. * Keep all necessary paperwork up to date for the NICEIC annual audit * To make sure all operatives are completing the NICEIC continue personal development webinars. * Ensuring results of the verification process are accurately recorded on the appropriate certificates or inspection report * Ensuring all apprentices are up to date with their course work and are on track with their portfolio * Monitoring works to ensure compliance with agreed systems of work. * Ensuring suitable Commissioning, Inspection and Test Plans are in place for all work carried out. Qualifications and Requirements for the Electrical Compliance Manager role are: * Previous experience as a Qualifying Supervisor / Manager/ Electrical Compliance Manager * NICEIC * Inspection & Testing preferred * 18th Edition preferred
