Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

GSL Education is excited to offer an opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Blackley, M9. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher ready to begin their career in a nurturing educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum, tailored to the needs of your class.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters student engagement and learning.
• Utilize assessment data to inform and adjust teaching strategies, ensuring all students achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance teaching practices and school-wide initiatives.
• Engage with parents and carers to support student development and well-being.
• Participate in professional development activities and school events to support your growth as an educator.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Recent completion of initial teacher training (NQT/ECT).
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one.
