Job Description
EC&I Quality Inspector - Potential Long Term Contract Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced EC&I Inspector to ensure the electrical and instrumentation (E&I) inspections are performed to meet project specifications during the construction and pre-commissioning phases of a new process plant project.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure contractors' E&I work aligns with design, technical specifications, and HSE standards.
Conduct QA/QC inspections of E&I equipment and vendor packages per approved ITPs.
Monitor construction and pre-commissioning activities, resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance.
Perform site inspections, tests, and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Support the Quality team, document design changes, and verify as-built documentation.Experience:
CompEx (Ex01-Ex04), City & Guilds, ONC/HNC, ATEX certification.
Experience with E&I inspections and pre-commissioning in industrial environments.
Knowledge of DCS, CMS, and instrumentation (Honeywell, Emerson, Siemens)Before You Apply
