Rate: £23.00 - £25.00 per hour
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to oversee logistics, traffic management, and the coordination of labour and plant on-site. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a key project in Watford while earning a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage on-site logistics and traffic management.
* Coordinate and organise labour and plant operations efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
* Provide clear communication and leadership to the on-site team.
* Maintain high standards of productivity and site organization.
Requirements:
* SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential).
* Valid CSCS card (essential).
* First Aid certification (essential).
* Proven track record in supervising earthworks or similar construction projects.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
