This EYFS Teaching Assistant role:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children's learning and development in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team, your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting learning activities - Helping children engage with structured play, phonics, numeracy, and other early years curriculum areas.
SEN Support - Providing tailored assistance to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to help them reach their full potential.
Encouraging social and emotional development - Promoting positive interactions and supporting children in their personal growth.
Assisting with classroom management - Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborating with staff and parents - Building strong relationships to support each child's individual needs.About this Primary School:
