We are seeking a Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above in Early Years) to join our team. This opportunity is available on either a full-time or part-time basis.
You’ll be working hard to care for, support, share a story or two, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.
Responsibilities:
* Promote high-quality standards within the nursery regarding the environment, resources, and experiences offered to children
* Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children
* Ensure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development
* Prepare and support children’s activities
* Maintain effective day-to-day management of the environment
* Contribute to ensuring that practice in the nursery meets the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
What we are looking for -
* Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Early Years
* Experience in childcare or nursery settings
* Knowledge of early childhood education and principles
* Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
* Strong organisational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently
