The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Assistant Manager to assist in managing daily nursery operations and ensuring high standards of childcare. You will be responsible for: Overseeing planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities that foster learning and development. Supervising and mentoring nursery staff to maintain a high-quality, inclusive, and stimulating environment. Assisting in managing nursery operations, ensuring compliance with policies, safeguarding regulations, and best practices. Contract Details: Permanent position Hours per week: 40 Weeks per year: 52 Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: Qualifications: A minimum Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification (or higher, such as Level 5). Experience: Post-qualification experience working with young children.
