Position: E&I Installation Site Supervisor (Working)
Location: UK (working away from home ~80% of the year)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours/week basic, average 50+ hours with overtime)
Successful Site Supervisor could live anywhere across the North/Midlands of England including places such as Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Hull, Stoke, Huddersfield, Nottingham, Stafford, Derby or Telford.

Role Overview:
As a Site Supervisor, Installation Supervisor, or E&I Site Supervisor, you will lead small teams to install and supervise Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) systems at client sites. You’ll ensure safety and quality compliance, perform CompEx inspections and manage daily team operations, including subcontractors.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Qualified Electrician (C&G/Apprenticeship/AM2 or equivalent).
* C&G 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Inspection & Testing C&G 2391 or equivalent.
* CCNSG, SHEA Passport, SCO1 & 2, TEM 2, 3 & 4, COMPEX.
* Proven experience in a working supervisor role, leading small teams.
Desirable Skills:
* Strong communication and team leadership.
* Knowledge of E&I drawings and systems.
* Flexible for travel and short-notice assignments.
* Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations on-site.
Key Duties:
* Oversee installation and inspection of E&I systems.
* Ensure team safety, quality standards, and target deadlines.
* Maintain daily coordination and CDM supervision.
* Complete commissioning paperwork and drive continuous improvement
