Job Description D365 CE System Analyst - Surrey - £70k - Hybrid (1 day a week). My client is seeking an experience D365 CE System Analyst to join their high-performing Dynamics 365 CRM team based in Surrey. This flexible hybrid role allows the successful candidate to join an organisation who foster an excellent company culture and are at the forefront of all things D365 CE. As a D365 CE System Analyst you can expect to play the role of primary support as well as championing their internal Dynamics 365 CRM System. Role & Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to gather their requirements and create agile stories Build prototypes and proof of concepts for business requirements and translate them into effective operational solutions Consistently identify gaps in requirements, addressing these with stakeholders in order to resolve them. Create both functional and technical artefacts such as solution diagrams & business cases to help support the delivery of the projects. Research, analyse, model and organise information for developing requirements. Manage UAT - planning, data requirements, scheduling, support & more. Skills & Qualifications Hands on experience as a D365 CE System's Analyst Confident when writing technical documents for CRM specifications. Ability to manage U.A.T Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
